Hello and warm welcome to my site.
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic Integrative Counsellor with many years of experience helping people with various life problems.
I am from England, UK, where I trained and established my practice before moving to Sydney. I have worked and helped individuals and couples with life issues like stress, anxiety, depression, social anxiety, work stress, emotional dysregulation, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship conflicts, marriage conflicts and anger management amongst others.
I provide counselling and psychotherapy online and in-person throughout Sutherland Shire and nationwide remotely. I am looking forward to working with you to help you resolve any challenging life difficulties you have.
My practice is underpinned by Psychodynamic approach, but as an integrative counsellor, I use other approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-centred, Humanistic, Transactional Analysis, Existential, Gestalt, EFT, Mindfulness, and other theories and models to meet your individual therapy need.
I have experience of life and I understand life’s difficulties and challenges you may be going through. Understanding that life offers each person a different challenge helps me accept who you are and where you are coming from and helps me to be compassionate and empathic when working with you.
I aim to provide therapy that will meet your individual need in a safe, accepting, and non-judgemental environment.
I value and accept you as a person and will create a nurturing space for you to explore the difficult and stressful issues in your life, with genuine compassion.

Who I work with
I work with adults and young adults who need help to work on their relationships, heal from loss, bereavement & grief, manage stress, anxiety, depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, feeling sad, work stress, emotional issues/dysregulation, Trauma, PTSD, and anger management.
I work with couples who want to work on restoring and healing their relationship.
I work with individuals who may feel stigmatised and are looking for a counsellor who will understand and empathise with them from their cultural, ethnic, spiritual, relationship or mental health background.
I work short-term and long-term.
I work open-ended or we can set how many sessions you need.
